CSPX Guangzhou is authorized by the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People’s Republic of China in March 2007. As a non-profit organization, CSPX Guangzhou is for technical information, promotion and the matching of capacities, processes and production or industrial service specialties, in the form of an autonomous structure whose basic purpose is to help bring together enquiries and offers of main-contractors and sub-contractors in the area of industrial and domestic appliances industry and relative industries, by introducing in the UNIDO’s SPX operation mode.

Main objectives of CSPX Guangzhou：

•    Assisting local companies to get international order, and promoting companies into global industry subcontracting system;
     •    Assisting local companies, especially Small& Medium Enterprises(SMEs) to accept international rules and norms for accessing the global SPX network;
     •    Enhancing the competitive advantages and productivity of local manufacturing industry through introducing in foreign investments, technology and projects.

Main tasks of CSPX Guangzhou：

•    Collecting, analyzing, storing and organizing information and data for rapid retrieval about the existing production capacities and capabilities of local industries, especially SMEs, and networking with the UNIDO database. 
     •    Searching domestic potential supplier, and matching each other by identifying the main-contractor’ demands; 
     •    Assisting local enterprises to form collaborating system or industrial cluster, and helping them to negotiate with main-contractor and buyer. 
     •    Assisting local suppliers to perfect management and technique and improve the product quality in accordance with international code and the main-contractors’ demands.  
     •    Recommending potential industrial projects to international investors, and attracting international investment.
